Meatloaf recipe without milk

But what if I told you that you could make a meatloaf that was just as delicious as any other, without using milk?

It might sound impossible, but it's not! This dairy-free meatloaf is just as moist and flavorful as the traditional version, but without any of the dairy.

The key to a delicious dairy-free meatloaf is in the ingredients. First, you'll need to use ground meat that's high in fat, like beef, lamb, or pork. This will help to keep the meatloaf moist as it cooks.

Next, you'll need to add some moisture to the mix. This can be done by adding canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, or even just water. The key is to not add too much liquid, or your meatloaf will be too wet.

Finally, you'll need to add some flavor. This is where the spices come in. I like to use a combination of dried herbs, like oregano and basil, and fresh herbs, like parsley and thyme. You can really use any combination of herbs that you like. Just make sure to add them in at the end so they don't get cooked out.

Once you have all of your ingredients, it's time to put it all together. The first step is to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Next, you'll need to mix together the ground meat, canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices in a large bowl. Once it's all mixed together, it's time to shape it into a loaf.

You can either shape it by hand or use a loaf pan. If you're using a loaf pan, make sure to grease it well so the meatloaf doesn't stick.

Once it's shaped, you'll need to bake it for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

When it's done, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
